You can add yourself to a waitlist for a sold out product by navigating to the product page and clicking the “Notify Me When Available” button. We will email you notification as soon as the product is available for purchase again. You’ll be the first to know when we restock!

Only the billing address will receive an invoice with the prices on it. A gift receipt will be sent to the delivery address.

We allow one hour after placing the order for changes such as exchange or cancellation. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders to get them delivered as soon as possible. Because of this, we cannot allow any changes after one hour of order placement. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or have questions about the status of your order, please contact us immediately via live chat or call our customer service number as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any guarantees. But don’t worry, we have a hassle-free, 30 days return policy so we can issue you a prompt refund when the package is routed back to us. Check the back of your invoice for return policy details.

We offer a no hassle 30-day return policy for most orders. The exceptions are customized and/or personalized jewelry. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom jewelry, personalized jewelry, or repairs/cleaning.

Yes, we offer free two-day shipping. There is a processing time of 3-5 business days for personalized items prior to shipping, and customized jewelry can take longer. But once complete, they will also be shipped with free two-day shipping.

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

We do not offer pick up for online only orders. If you order from one of our locations through our sales representatives, you will have the option to have it shipped to you or to pick up at the same location.

Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a receipt with tracking information. You can also keep track with your online account.

Repairs and Product Care

For best results, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from perspiration, water, perfume, and cosmetics. We also recommend taking off your jewelry prior to sleeping, showering, bathing, or swimming. Storage in the pouch or jewelry box will help maintain luster as well as prolong its life. If you need to clean your jewelry, only use non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning or other maintenance services, contact customer service and we can help you.

We offer engraving and re-sizing services as well as customized jewelry. Please be aware that jewelry that has been sized or customized is nonrefundable and not exchangeable.

Returns

We offer a no hassle 30-day return policy for any items that have not been customized, sized, or personalized in any way. We do not offer returns on any items that have been altered from their original condition.

Please fill out the form to obtain a return authorization with shipping instructions and a return authorization number (RAN). Using the existing packaging materials or your own, prepare items for return along with their original packaging, gift box, and/or certificates. Simply use the prepaid label provided to you, place the items in secure packaging, and drop off to the nearest UPS or FedEx facility near you. Please make sure you have the tracking number on hand.

MyGoldTime.com is pleased to offer Lifetime Jewelry Protection with every purchase! The Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plans cover most jewelry purchased at My Gold Time. This service is non-transferable, does not cover mysterious disappearance, loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear, and is non-refundable. Please visit our warranty page to register your purchase. We are ready to help you with any questions you may have about a product or if you need help picking out the perfect gift!

Our warranty only covers normal wear and tear. If you have damaged your item, you can fill out a repair form and we can assist you with that.

It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process a return after it has been received.

Once a return has been processed, you can expect to receive a refund in approximately 3-5 days in the same form of payment that was originally made.

We require a valid receipt for all returned items.

Backordered items are currently out of stock. Once your item is back in stock it will be shipped out immediately and will have updated tracking information.

We offer convenient two-day shipping for all orders in the contiguous US through either FedEx, USPS, or UPS with insurance for items over USD 500. Please check our international shipping chart for more details for international shipping.

We offer no hassle two day shipping for most items. For repairs, personalized and customized jewelry, it may take longer.

We offer international shipping to Canada, UK, and the EU.

After placing an order, you have up to one hour to address any changes desired in your order.

We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
